It has come to our notice that someone is fraudulently using the name Yik Koh Teo & Attorneys to perpetrate a SCAM involving an inheritance claim.  Please note that we are not Yik Koh Teo & Attorneys and have not sent out any letters on inheritance claim.   If you receive any offers to participate in a huge inheritance claim, IT IS A SCAM.   Please report it to the police immediately.
Power of Attorney for HDB transactions

We are please to introduce our on-line instructions form for Powers of Attorney required for certain HDB transactions. A Power of Attorney is required to appoint someone to act for you if you are not able to personally attend to the sale, purchase, subletting or general managment of an HDB flat.

Please fill in the form below, check your entries then click the "submit" button to forward it to us.  If all required particulars are in order, the Power of Attorney will be ready for execution (signing) after 3.00 pm on the next working day (not Saturday).  Please inform us if you wish execute at another date and time.  Full payment for the service (S$250.00) has to be made at the time of execution.   Upon execution, the Power of Attorney will be forwarded to the Supreme Court for registration.  The registered Power of Attorney should be ready for collection about 3 days after execution.  Special arrangements can be made for the Power of Attorney to be executed at a place other than the solicitors office.  We can also forward the Power of Attorney for you to execute abroad.

      Explanatory Notes :
      A joint-tenant owns an undivided half share in the property.  The whole of the property
      passes to the other owner if a joint-tenant dies.  A tenant-in-common owns a divided fixed
      portion of the property.  The deceased tenant-in-common's share in the property passes
      to his estate to be distributed to his beneficiaries.
