Please note that we are not Yik Koh Teo & Attorneys and have not sent out any letters on inheritance claim. If you receive any offers to participate in a huge inheritance claim, IT IS A SCAM. | Power of Attorney for HDB transactions We are please to introduce our on-line instructions facility for Powers of Attorney required for certain HDB transactions. A Power of Attorney is required to appoint someone to act for you if you are not able to personally attend to the sale, purchase, subletting or general management of an HDB flat. Please remember to inform us of the date and time you wish to execute the Power of Attorney at our office. Full payment for the service (S$250.00) has to be made at the time of execution. Upon execution, the Power of Attorney will be forwarded to the Supreme Court for registration. The registered Power of Attorney should be ready for collection about 3 days after execution. Special arrangements can be made for the Power of Attorney to be executed at a place other than the solicitors office. We can also forward the Power of Attorney for you to execute abroad. Name, ID no. and Address of the person/s ("Attorney or Donee") who will be the Attorney . 5. Address of the HDB property in respect of which the Power is to be used by the Attorney/Donee. 6. Whether the Attorney is authorised to ask for monies to be paid to the Attorney's own name? 7. Number of years the Power of Attorney is to be valid. (Maximum allowed by HDB is 6 years). 8. Preferred date and time to execute the Power of Attorney and any other instructions/requests. (Additional information below is required for Purchase of HDB flat) 9. HDB application number if available. 10. Name, ID no. and address of joint purchaser. 11. Nature of joint ownership (Joint Tenant or Tenant-in-Common).
